Our new book 'Infinity' is totally unique and offers a huge range of options allowing you to design your own individual piece of wedding stationery. With over 15 wedding invitation formats, 2 types of board, 10 patterns, 30 different colours, choices of accessories - when you put all these choices into the pot, you end up with 550 trillion different invitation combinations.

If you are getting dizzy at the thought of this then don’t worry because there is a simple 5 step process which you can follow once you have chosen the basic wedding invitation format.

OUR GUIDE TO ORDERING WEDDING STATIONERY

Keep the Day Free

People today have hectic schedules and it's important to advise guests of the date well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Invitations

Wedding and Evening Invitations should be sent to guests at least 12 weeks before the wedding to allow plenty of time for replies to arrive. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery once the order has been placed.

Reply Cards

Including a reply card with invitations makes it easy for guests to reply promptly.

Order of Service

For Church or other religious ceremonies an Order of Service is needed. One per couple or singular guest should be ordered with a few extra copies for clergy and the choir. Order at least six weeks before the wedding when the arrangements have been finalised.

Order of the Day

For civil weddings an Order of the Day will provide guests with a special memento and will guide them through the events planned for that special day. These should be ordered approximately six weeks before the wedding.

Place Cards

Place cards will help guests find their places at the reception or party, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Table Plans

Table Plans show the seating arrangements to assist guests in finding their table at a quick glance.

Menus

Menus provide an attractive, co-ordinated look to any wedding reception or party table arrangements.

Thank You Cards

A Thank You Card is an ideal opportunity to thank guests for their gifts.

Wedding Accessories
