CHAIR COVER HIRE
Our Chair Covers start from £2-75 per chair including a sash (from our sandard range of colours).
We may be able to provide you alernative colours other than our standard range but this would inur an additional charge of 50p per chair.
You can hire the Chair Covers and sashes for setting up yourself or for an additional 75p per chair (£3-50) you may prefer to use our fitting and setting up service.
As well as Chair Covers, we offer table runners at £3-50 per runner, and we are also able to provide co-ordinating organza swags for Buffet/Cake/Top Table.
All chairs come in different shapes and sizes so it is vitally important you confirm with your Venue which chairs they will be using for your celebration. If you are unsure of suitability, then we can arrange for you to borrow a chair cover to take and fit at your Venue. (£20 deposit required).
A delivery/collection fee may also be charged depending on Venue and size of order. Please ask at time or ordering.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. (Cheques made payable to Angela Wilson). The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the date of your event. A security deposit of £100 cash is also required 7 days prior to the date of your event. All chair covers, sashes and table unners, Vases and Mirror Plates are the property of Let’s Celebrate. Let’s Celebrate take no responsibility for any accident, death or injury linked to the chair covers, sashes, balloons or any other hired item from Let’s Celebrate.
All our Chair Covers are laundered after every event and our standard laundering will remove small stains from food, and drinks and light scuff marks around the bottom of the chair covers from shoes. Let’s Celebrate recognise that these are all part of the event. However, upon inspection after the event we find that irreversible or damage through mistreatment has been caused to the Chair Covers or other hired items for example rips, footprints on the seats, cigarette burns, candle wax, evidence of guests drawing on covers and excessive food and drink stains etc. then this will result in a fee being charged to cover replacements.
Any damaged or missing items will be the responsibility of the person signing the booking form, and they will be charged a fee to replace any damaged or missing item at the current price of £15 per chair cover, £4 per table runner and £2 per sash. The fees for damaged or non returned Vases and Mirror Plates are detailed on the booking form. The amount owing will be deducted from the security deposit and an additional invoice will be issued for any amount in excess of the security deposit. This amount must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
All the hired items need to be returned to the agreed address within the timescales as agreed on the booking form unless you have used our collection service. Failure to so within the agreed timescales will result in a daily fee of £20 being charged.

EDITORIAL
Chair hire covers is the latest trend for Wedding and Party Decor. Chair Covers givesthat extra special finishing touch to any Venue and any Celebration. Most Chair Cover companies offer a full service including fitting and collection of the Chair Covers and although it can be an expensive luxury for a Wedding, it is truely a worthwhile expense when you see the look they actually achieve. Chairs at Venues come in all shapes and sizes and so it is vital that your supplier of Chair Covers know what style of chairs your Venue will be providing you with. Please ensure that you ask your Venue what Chairs they will be using and if they have any plans to change their Chairs prior to your Wedding or Celebration. Please don't forget to ask your Chair Cover supplier about delivery and collection charges. You may be able to reduce the costs by returning the chair covers yourself back to the supplier or asking a reliable relative or friend to do this for you. Most Chair Cover hire companies also require a deposit to safeguard against damage. It is usual to get food and maybe liquid on the chair covers, but rips, pen marks (childrens drawings) and burns would need to be paid for.
Don't forget to ask about sashes for the chair covers. The Chair Cover hire prices sometimes do not state whether the sash hire is included in the chair cover hire price, and you can often find out only too late that they are not. Chair Cover sashes come in a wide range of colours and they will need to be of a colour to contrast or compliment your colour scheme.
